Starting at 8:00 a.m. on October 17, 205, the Heart O’ Texas Fairgrounds Funpass 2015 will start at the Extraco Events Center, 4601 Bosque Boulevard, Waco, Texas, 76714. Head over to Waco to have a fun day at the festival. Performers include Wade Bowen and Amaya Rodriguez. Enjoy the midway, fair food, animals, a kids’ zone and much more. The 17th is the last day of the fair – the fair started on October 6, 2015. Admission is $65.
Art Outside Music Festival
Head over to Rockdale on October 22, 2015 for the Art Outside Music Festival, starting at 1:00 p.m. The festival will be held at Apache Pass, 9112 North Farm to Market 908, Rockdale, Texas, 76567. Enjoy workshops, visual art and more. Performers include Bonobo, Greensky Bluegrass, Lettuce, Papadosio, Rising Appalachia, Exmag, Haywire, Twiddle and many more. CroptoberFest Retreat in Temple
From October 8 through October 11, 2015 starting at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday and ending at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, visit the Rockin’ R Retreat Center, 5650 Bottoms Road, Temple, Texas 76501 for the CroptoberFest Retreat.
